2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
99 Riding Co provides:
- Guided motorcycle adventures on Royal Enfield motorcycles across Bali and Indonesia
- Merchandise sales and international shipping
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, purchases, and use of our services.
3. MOTORCYCLE TRIP BOOKINGS
3.1 Booking Process
All bookings are made through the following process:
- Initial contact via WhatsApp or website
- Quotation provided based on customer requirements
- Booking confirmed upon receipt of 30% deposit
- Invoice issued for deposit payment
- Personal confirmation sent via WhatsApp
3.2 Pricing & Currency
- Prices are displayed in EUR (Euros) and IDR (Indonesian Rupiah)
- Final pricing is confirmed in the quotation and may vary based on group size, dates, and specific requirements
- Currency for payment will be agreed upon with the customer (EUR or IDR)
3.3 Payment Terms
Deposit:
- 30% deposit required to secure booking
- Payment methods: Bank transfer or Shopify payment link (sent via WhatsApp)
- Deposit is non-refundable except in cases outlined in Section 3.6
Balance:
- Remaining 70% due 30 days before the ride start date
- Failure to pay balance on time may result in booking cancellation without refund
3.4 Participant Requirements
Age: Minimum 18 years old
License: Valid motorcycle license and International Driving Permit (IDP) mandatory
Insurance: Personal travel and medical insurance covering motorcycle riding (125cc+) abroad mandatory. Proof may be requested.
Physical Condition: Participants must be in good health and able to ride a motorcycle for extended periods on mixed terrain.
3.5 Motorcycle Insurance & Liability
Motorcycle Coverage:
- All motorcycles are insured by PT. ASURANSI BINA DANA ARTA Tbk (OONA)
- Coverage: Total loss only (theft or complete destruction)
- NOT covered: Partial damage (scratches, falls, minor accidents)
Participant Responsibility:
- Each participant is responsible for the motorcycle assigned to them
- Any damage to the motorcycle (excluding total loss) must be paid by the participant
- A Liability Waiver must be signed before the trip (see Section 3.7)
Personal Insurance:
- Participants must have their own travel and medical insurance
- 99 Riding Co is not responsible for personal injuries, accidents, or medical expenses
3.6 Cancellations & Modifications
Cancellation by Customer:
- Deposit (30%) is non-refundable in all cases
- Balance refund if cancellation more than 30 days before trip: Full balance refunded
- No refund if cancellation less than 30 days before trip: No refund of balance
Modification by Customer:
- Changes to dates, participants, or ride type are subject to availability
- Must be requested via WhatsApp as early as possible
- May incur additional fees depending on the change
Cancellation by 99 Riding Co:
- In case of force majeure, safety concerns, or weather conditions making the ride unsafe
- Customer may choose: Full refund OR Reschedule without additional fees
3.7 Liability Waiver
All participants must sign a Liability Waiver before the trip acknowledging:
- Risks associated with motorcycle riding
- Responsibility for damage to motorcycles
- Release of 99 Riding Co from liability for accidents, injuries, or property damage
3.8 Inclusions & Exclusions
Included (varies by ride - see specific ride description):
- Royal Enfield motorcycle rental
- Fuel
- Helmet
- Accommodation (as specified in ride description)
- Meals (as specified in ride description)
- Support vehicle (for longer expeditions and larger groups)
NOT Included:
- Personal travel and medical insurance
- International flights
- Visa costs
- Riding gear (jacket, gloves, boots - strongly recommended)
- Meals not mentioned in ride description
- Personal expenses
- Tips
3.9 Weather & Route Modifications
- Routes may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, or safety concerns
- Safety is the priority - 99 Riding Co reserves the right to modify itineraries without compensation beyond outlined in Section 3.6
4. MERCHANDISE SALES
4.1 Products
All merchandise is designed and shipped from Bali, Indonesia.
4.2 Pricing & Payment
- Prices displayed in EUR or IDR
- Payment via Shopify checkout (credit card, bank transfer)
4.3 Shipping
- Shipping from: Bali, Indonesia
- Estimated delivery: 2–4 weeks depending on destination and customs clearance
- Shipping costs calculated at checkout
- 99 Riding Co is not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or delays
4.4 Returns & Exchanges
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags
- Return shipping at customer's expense
- Refund processed within 7 business days of receiving returned item
- No returns on sale or custom items
4.5 Damaged or Defective Items
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos
- Replacement or refund at our discretion
- Return shipping covered by 99 Riding Co for defective items
5. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law:
- 99 Riding Co is not liable for personal injury, accidents, theft, or loss of property during trips
- Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
- We are not responsible for third-party services (accommodation, restaurants, etc.)
7. FORCE MAJEURE
99 Riding Co is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, government restrictions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
Any disputes will be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation
- Mediation
- Courts of Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia
9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
